Cleaning the bin

Step 1 - Removing the clear bin and cyclone

• Press red button to release cyclone and bin from the machine.

Step 2 - Open the bin base

• Push down on the red button to push the bin assembly down and clear the shroud.
• The bin base will only open when the bin assembly is fully pushed down.

NB: Emptying carefully into a bag is recommended for allergy sufferers.

Step 3 - Removing the clear bin from the cyclone

• Press the silver button and pull down on the bin assembly to separate the bin assembly from the cyclone top.

Step 4 - Cleaning the clear bin

• Clean the clear bin with cold water only.
• Do not use detergents, polishes or air fresheners to clean the clear bin.
• Do not put the clear bin in a dishwasher.

Do not wash the cyclone assembly or shroud.

Step 5 - Refit the clear bin

• Ensure the clear bin is completely dry before replacing on the machine.
• To reassemble the cyclone top and bin assembly align the spline on the cyclone top with the channel on the bin assembly.
• Slide the bin assembly up onto the cyclone assembly.
• Do not close the bin base at this point

Step 6 - Closing the bin base

• Push the bin base up until it clicks into place.

Step 7 - Replacing the bin and cyclone

• Place the clear bin and cyclone into position on the front of the main body.
