Check cleaner head and inspection flaps.

Turn power off and unplug the machine.

  • Turn the machine upside down.
  • Lift the inspection flap and remove any blockages.

  • Keeping the inspection flap raised, rotate the cleaner head so that the opening becomes exposed.
  • Look through the opening and ensure the passage is clear of any blockages.
