Check cone seal step 1

On top of the bin inner should sit a black rubber seal, the cone seal. It is important that this seal is seated correctly to form a tight seal when the bin is attached to the machine. If this seal is missing or pushed down too far then the dust will not stay in the bin and will gather on the filter.

Is the cone seal pulled upwards so that it sits high on the bin inner?
