Turbine head not sucking / picking up as well as usual

If your turbine head is not working effectively, a blockage may be restricting the brushbar from turning. A blockage can easily be removed using the procedure below.

  • Remove the tool from your machine.
  • Please turn the turbine head over so that you are looking at the base where the brushbar is.
  • Carefully use a pair of scissors to cut away any hair and fibres from the brushbar ensuring you do not cut off bristles on the brushbar.
