From the cleaner head hose

Turn power off and unplug the machine.

  • Inspect the cleaner head hose for blockages and damage and ensure that both ends of the hose are fitted securely.
  • If a blockage is present, remove the clear hose and remove any debris.
  • Rebuild and test the machine.
