Clear the floor tool

  • With the floor tool removed from the machine, turn over and undo the fastener.


  • Rotate the end cap to unlock and remove.


  • Remove the brushbar and clear away any hair or debris.


  • Pull end cap away from the brushbar, clean and re-connect.


  • Check the openings for any blockages, remove as necessary and replace the brushbar.


  • Use a coin to lock the fastener, then re-assemble and test the machine.

  • Has checking the floor tool resolved the issue?
