Clear the floor tool

  • With the floor tool removed from the machine, use a coin to unlock the fastener and slide the brush bar out of the cleaner head.


  • Remove brushbar and clear away any hair or fibres.


  • Check the openings for any blockages and remove as necessary.

  • Has checking the floor tool resolved the issue?
