Clearing your Wi-Fi settings

Press ON/OFF button

  1. The purifier allows you to clear your Wi-Fi settings, restoring the machine to the factory default.
  2. Press and hold the ON/ OFF button on the purifier for longer than 20 seconds.

Wi-Fi symbol

  1. The Wi-Fi symbol will flash alternately between white and green to indicate that your network details have been removed.
  2. Release the ON/OFF button when the icon begins to flash.
  3. If you clear your network settings the purifier will not connect to the Dyson Link app.
