Clearing your Wi-Fi settings
Step 1
The machine allows you to clear your Wi-Fi settings, restoring the machine to the factory default.
Press and hold the ON/ OFF button on the purifier for longer than 20 seconds.
Step 2
The Wi-Fi symbol will flash alternately between white and green to indicate that your network details have been removed.
If you clear your network settings the purifier will not connect to the Dyson link app.
