Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled

Please enable your Wi-Fi

Make sure your router is turned on and your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi.

The Dyson Link app uses Wi-Fi to connect to your machine.

You can go into your device's settings menu and control the Wi-Fi connection from there. Ensure your Wi-Fi is activated and flight mode is turned off.
