Remove the cleaner head and wand

1. Remove the cleaner head from the wand.
2. Remove the wand from the machine.

Inspect the inlet

• Beware of sharp objects when checking for blockages.
• Check the bin inlet for obstructions and remove any debris as necessary.

Check the wand

• Look through both ends of the wand to check for blockages and remove any debris as necessary.

Check the cleaner head

• Check the neck and base of the cleaner head and remove any debris as necessary.

• Re-assemble and test the machine.
